What we collect
When you sign up for Day 0 or our emails: your email address.
When you buy a course: your name, email address, billing address, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe, through WooPayments). We never see or store your full card number.
When you have an account: your login details and course access information.
Automatically: basic technical information needed to run the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and cookies that keep your cart and login working.
How we use it

- To process your order and give you access to your course
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To keep the site secure and working properly
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Services we use
We rely on a few trusted providers to run Renewal Room. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- MailerLite: sends our emails and stores subscriber email addresses. Our emails include standard open tracking, which tells us whether an email was delivered and opened.
- WooPayments / Stripe: processes payments securely
- Hostinger: hosts our website and email
- YouTube: hosts our course videos. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set cookies until you press play.
Cookies
Our site uses essential cookies that keep your cart, checkout, and login working. When you make a purchase, our store also uses first-party cookies to record which page or link brought you to us, which helps us understand how people find Renewal Room. We do not use advertising cookies, and this information is never sold or shared for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work without them.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails anytime with the link at the bottom of every email.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@renewalroom.com. We will respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Renewal Room is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
